Transport Experience

GeoSolveIT's consultants have extensive experience of implementing GIS-solutions within transport authorities. Our consultants have worked in transport or engineering consultancies where they have been engaged in transport planning, traffic modelling, traffic impact assessments and logistics planning.

A number of our consultants have professional chartered status, such as through the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), the leading international professional transport body. The experience of our consultants transcends the full spectrum of client engagements, including:

•	Development and review of GI-strategies for national transport authorities;
•	Requirements analysis and design;
•	Implementation of corporate GIS solutions;
•	Development of bespoke applications and tools to support transport planning, reporting and analysis.

Our consultants have provided assistance to a number of prestigious transport clients, including the UK's Department for Transport (responsible for policy setting), Highways Agency (for the operation of the major road network), as well as other transport authorities such as Transport for London.
