We maintain a strong knowledge of technologies and future 'road maps' on the development of ICT generally, as well as geographic information systems, through networking and attending vendor/partner conferences and associated events. We also maintain a close watch on key industry news.

Industry Awards

GeoSolveIT (in association with 1Spatial, an industry partner) delivered the award winning Department for Transport's Matrix project. This won the award for Innovation and Best Practice in Central Government from Association of Geographic Information (AGI) in the UK. This project has helped to transform the information management tools and processes at the Department for Transport for the collection and validation of Great Britain's national traffic census which is conducted annually at more than 30,000 surveys.
